I am making PizZ@

18th of May, my second working day, my manager assigned me to make Pizza!! My friend, Tze Ming taught me how to make a pizza, i learnt to make Supreme Pizza, Cheese Pizza and Peperoni Pizza. Now, i can realize how high calories of a Pizza..... we need to put a lot of cheese on it!!! Furthernmore, i learnt to make some salads too. Both are easy making food. My friend, Arthur and my F&B director praised my Pizza looks very nice!! Hahahah.... i am so happy!! ^_^ At first i was so nervous, cos i never do it before and i rarely eat it also. So i have no idea how a pizza and salad should look like.....
I really enjoying to make pizza cos i can just "hide" myself aside and do my work. I hope my manager wil assigned me to make pizza very often. Hehehe.......
A Za A Za, Jia You!!!

19th of May, my off day. I just took a rest in room in the morning. AFter taling my lunch, i trekked to campground area. It was a about one hour trail. At first, i though the trail will not be so long. When i was trekking, i could very few ppl, but they all walked from my opposite. I was walking alone there. I started to feel nervous and worry while i ws getting inside and more inside the jungle. I had no water, no bag, no map... I just wore a jacket with 10 bucks and a camera inside my pocket. SOmemore, it was already 5pm. Yet, I had not reach the campground. I asked myself repeatedly, should i turn back or go forward???!!! Cos i dunno when can i reach the campground, and how do i get back to my dorm when i reach there???!!!
However i decided to go forward until i reach the campground. I kept talling myself that if i never try, i will never know what is in front. I know i will regret if i return. OB spirit!!!! Move it move it move it!!!!! ^_^ I dun want to waste my effort for already walking about one hour before. Then, I walked for more about 20 minutes, i finally reach the place. I was glad that i didn't turn back, cos when i turn back i will need to walk about one hour to get back the place where i departed from.

I could many ppl there finally. I was not alone anymore!!! It was a nice place for camping but we need to pay for it. I walked out the campsite and reached a grocery shop there. I bought a bottle of water there. But i was still thiking how to go back to my dorm. I really dun have any idea where i was locating. *_*
Lucily when i started to walk out the area and try to seek for my way out, i saw a shuttle bus came in, Oh, that was Parks!!! A guy who is working summer job as a drive there, i jumped into his car and he drove me back. Hahahaha........ i am so lucky!! Thanks Buhhda's protection!!! Now i voulc know the campground is actually quite near my dorm, Hhm..... i explored one more place here already!!! ^o^

17th of May, my first working day in "Deli in the Pines", well.... we just call it Deli. I was so surprised that i have two more friendswere assigned to work there suddently. I am glad that i am not alone!! hehehe.... Irenne and me were taught to make subs and sandwiches. It was really fun. At first , i am so worry and blur cos i am not familiar with western food. I have to learn different type of cheese, ham, meat and all different name of each food. But it was really FUN!!! I can make subs and sandwich now!! It was so easy! I still remember Sussane likes these kind of food. She told us once that those food are easy to be prepard. Now, i can know lah!!! hahahha......

However, i made some mistakes also....... hahhaha.....but luckily the customers here are so kind and hospitality. I like them so much!! They unlike the customers that i have met before in E-Box, they were really rude and they will scold you or showed a unhappy face to you...... Well.. i really like here!!

Impress in USA

USA is a big big city!!! While the flight is going to landing. it get closer to the ground. I could see there is many moutains there. All cities here are sepearted by mountains........

Day one in USA ( 14th of May, 5.00pm) >> according to time zone in Los Angeles
Once we reached Los Angeles, we took a van to greyhound bus terminal. On the way to the bus terminal, the driver told us that not to go to some places there cos the place has many blacks and the security is not good as well........We bought tickets to St George. The bus will depart at 10pm. Due to the driver's advise, we dare not to walk around the area althought we intended to do so initially. While we are waiting time pass, some ppl approached us and asked for money by saying that they lost their ticket and have no enough money to buy a new onw, some said that they lost their belongins...... However, they will give you responde positively although you declined to give them money. They will just go away. Some may say: "It is ok, have a nice day!!"
Finally 10pm, we get into bus. We passed by a few places, one of it is Las Vegas. We had about one hour hanging around there. We grab the chance walked and took some photos there. It was a beautiful city!! Blasting lights and casinos were all around.

Day 2 in USA (15th of May,8am >> Time Zone in Utah)
Finally reached ST George, Utah, One hour faster than in LA. Dick, a nice man from Grand Canyon, picked us up to Zion (apart of Grand Canyon)which is 3000 feet hill from town. We spent a night in Zion. At the same time, we grab this chance to walk around the the place and took some beautiful pictures. At night, i just stayed in my room and slept. I am sick!!!

Day 3 ...
We backed to Zion again to apply for our security card. There, we met another group from Singapore. Afte that, we went to Zion Bank to open an account for deposit our pay check. Then we went to have our lunch and buy something in a market before we went to our destinantion>> North Rim. On the way to North Rim, we passed by amny shops, i could see that fast food shops were all around, it seems that ppl here just have fast food evverday.. nothing else to eat???!!!
On the way to North Rim, we can see snow!!!!!!! It was my first time to see NATURE snow!!! So exciting!!! Hahahha... the driver is so nice and he stopped the car and let us to take some pictures there... Thanks!!!
After 3 hours journey, we finally reached our destination. I choosed to be a food operator.. making sandwiched, subs, pizza and salad...
