Impress in USA
USA is a big big city!!! While the flight is going to landing. it get closer to the ground. I could see there is many moutains there. All cities here are sepearted by mountains........
Day one in USA ( 14th of May, 5.00pm) >> according to time zone in Los Angeles
Once we reached Los Angeles, we took a van to greyhound bus terminal. On the way to the bus terminal, the driver told us that not to go to some places there cos the place has many blacks and the security is not good as well........We bought tickets to St George. The bus will depart at 10pm. Due to the driver's advise, we dare not to walk around the area althought we intended to do so initially. While we are waiting time pass, some ppl approached us and asked for money by saying that they lost their ticket and have no enough money to buy a new onw, some said that they lost their belongins...... However, they will give you responde positively although you declined to give them money. They will just go away. Some may say: "It is ok, have a nice day!!"
Finally 10pm, we get into bus. We passed by a few places, one of it is Las Vegas. We had about one hour hanging around there. We grab the chance walked and took some photos there. It was a beautiful city!! Blasting lights and casinos were all around.
Day 2 in USA (15th of May,8am >> Time Zone in Utah)
Finally reached ST George, Utah, One hour faster than in LA. Dick, a nice man from Grand Canyon, picked us up to Zion (apart of Grand Canyon)which is 3000 feet hill from town. We spent a night in Zion. At the same time, we grab this chance to walk around the the place and took some beautiful pictures. At night, i just stayed in my room and slept. I am sick!!!
Day 3 ...
We backed to Zion again to apply for our security card. There, we met another group from Singapore. Afte that, we went to Zion Bank to open an account for deposit our pay check. Then we went to have our lunch and buy something in a market before we went to our destinantion>> North Rim. On the way to North Rim, we passed by amny shops, i could see that fast food shops were all around, it seems that ppl here just have fast food evverday.. nothing else to eat???!!!
On the way to North Rim, we can see snow!!!!!!! It was my first time to see NATURE snow!!! So exciting!!! Hahahha... the driver is so nice and he stopped the car and let us to take some pictures there... Thanks!!!
After 3 hours journey, we finally reached our destination. I choosed to be a food operator.. making sandwiched, subs, pizza and salad...
